Plain language, on purpose. By buying or using the Career Creators OS, you agree to these terms.
A membership giving you access to coaching tools (custom GPTs), playbooks, recorded sessions, a workshop library, a member community, and a monthly live Office Hours session. It is tools and access, not 1:1 coaching. What is and is not included is stated on the sales page, and that page is part of the deal.
Monthly: $97/month, cancel anytime, no commitment. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Annual: $597/year, one upfront payment, no refunds, and you keep access for the full year regardless. Prices may change for new billing periods with notice; they never change mid-period.
One membership, one person. You must be 18 or older. Do not share your login or resell access. If your account is used to distribute the materials outside the membership, it can be terminated without refund.
If you run, work for, or are building a competing career-coaching, job-search, or career-education product or service, you may not join without my written permission. A membership taken out anyway, including under a false name or email, is a breach of these terms from the moment of purchase. It can be terminated immediately without refund, and the licence below never extends to competitive use, no matter how access was obtained.
The tools, playbooks, recordings, frameworks, and methodology are the intellectual property of Career Creators, all rights reserved. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own job search and career. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, or use them to build competing products or services, or to train AI systems.
This applies to non-members too. The content of this website, the copy, the structure, the frameworks described, is copyrighted. Browsing it does not grant any licence to copy, scrape, republish, or use it in competing products or services.
What you create with the tools (your resume, portfolio content, outreach messages) is yours. What you post in the community stays yours too, but you give me permission to keep it visible inside the community.
Be decent. No harassment, spam, pitching other services, or scraping member data. I can remove content or members who break this; if I remove you for a breach, unused time is not refunded.
The coaching GPTs run on ChatGPT, which requires your own OpenAI account and is subject to OpenAI's terms. The community runs on Heartbeat, payments on Stripe. Outages of those platforms are outside my control.
This is career education and tooling, not a placement service and not professional, legal, or financial advice. Client results shown are real, but individual results vary and are not guaranteed. They depend on your effort, your market, and factors outside anyone's control. Nobody can promise you a job, and I do not.
To the maximum extent the law allows, my total liability for anything arising from the OS is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and members get an email. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
